At Pacific Optometry Group, the health and safety of our patients and staff is of utmost importance. We ask that you be patient with us as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. We have several new protocols that have been put in place to ensure that you have a safe, healthy, and pleasant experience.
Update as of 08/18/2023: Please see below.
Eye exams are still by appointment only, no walk-ins are allowed at this time. You do not need to make an appointment to pick up or look at glasses. Please remember that our office closes for lunch on weekdays from 12:30PM - 1:30PM.
No appointment is needed to pick up your glasses or contact lens order.
If you are a new patient to us, we will send you our registration forms via email (or you may also access them on our website) and ask that you fill it out in its entirety. Please email it back to us prior to your appointment. If you are unable to fill out the forms online, we ask that you come 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to start the paperwork.
Please do your best to be on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate you.
We ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a fever, cough, or any other flu-like symptoms.
Face coverings/masks are OPTIONAL at this time. Our doctors will continue to wear a mask in an effort to protect patients during the duration of their visit.
You may bring family members with you, but since our examination room is small, we ask that only one family member/companion be with you when you are with doctor.
Our staff and doctors regularly sanitize all surfaces between every patient and every encounter. Our frames are run through a UV light sanitizer to ensure proper disinfection after each patient. We also have contactless payment options.
We have placed hand sanitizer bottles throughout our clinic for your convenience.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to call our office.
